Akoth Community Foundation (ACF) is a registered non-governmental organisation working across 8 rural sub-counties in Eastern Uganda. Since our founding in 2026, we've been dedicated to sustainable development through education, livelihoods, and community-led initiatives.
We believe that every child deserves quality education, every youth deserves skills for employment, and every family deserves a dignified livelihood. Our integrated programmes address the root causes of poverty while empowering communities to lead their own development.

Community Food Relief — Flood Victims
Heavy rains in eastern Uganda have displaced over 3,000 families. We are distributing emergency food packages — maize flour, beans, cooking oil, and salt — to the hardest-hit communities in Butaleja district. Every UGX 25,000 feeds a family of five for one week.

Free Health Camp — Gulu District
We are organising a three-day free health camp in Gulu District to reach 1,200 underserved community members with medical check-ups, malaria treatment, HIV counselling, and maternal health services. Your donation covers consultation fees, medicine, and transport for our volunteer medical team.

Clean Water Borehole — Nakaseke
Nakaseke sub-county lacks access to safe drinking water. We are drilling a community borehole that will serve over 800 households and eliminate the 4 km daily walk to a shallow, contaminated well. Donate today and give this community the gift of clean, safe water for generations to come.
